Fireball Honey

Our Fireball Honey starts with something truly special—an empty Fireball moonshine barrel straight from Tim Smith, one of the legendary distillers on Moonshiners. Once the barrel is emptied, we pour our honey inside and let it rest, allowing the wood to naturally release the deep, spicy sweet notes of the Fireball moonshine it once held. Nothing is added. No flavorings, no shortcuts. The honey simply absorbs the cinnamon spiced warmth from the seasoned barrel, creating a smooth, fiery sweet flavor that’s unlike anything else.

The result is a rich, golden honey with a bold kick—sweet at first taste, then warming with that unmistakable Fireball finish.
