Moonshine Honey

Our Moonshine Honey begins with a true piece of Appalachian craft—an empty moonshine barrel straight from Henry Law, one of the well-known distillers featured on Moonshiners. Once Mr. Law empties the barrel, we pour our honey inside and let it rest, allowing the seasoned wood to slowly release the deep, smooth notes of the moonshine it once held. Nothing is added. No flavorings, no shortcuts. The honey naturally absorbs the character of the barrel, picking up subtle warmth, mellow oak, and that unmistakable moonshine edge. The result is a rich, golden honey with a smooth, spirited finish—sweet at first taste, then rounded out with the gentle warmth of authentic, small batch moonshine. Drizzle it over biscuits, cornbread, or desserts, stir it into warm drinks, pair it with cheeses, or enjoy it straight from the spoon when you want something sweet with a little mountain soul.
